Older People Association in Sierra Leone

Our corporate partnerships make a real difference to older people’s lives around the world. With your company's help, we could do even more.

Get to know our brand

Global ageing is an increasing problem. By 2050, there will be over 2 billion older people in the world - that's 21% of the population - and most will live in developing countries.

Yet, Age International is the only UK charity focusing on helping older people in some of the world's poorest countries - we are unique. We are changing the world for older people by:

  • protecting older people's rights
  • making sure they can access the right healthcare
  • delivering age-friendly aid during emergencies
  • helping older people and their families out of poverty.

We are looking for corporate partners to help us develop inovative ways to support older people around the world.

Company involvement

A corporate donation can have a real social impact. We'll work with you to make sure your donation brings true benefits to your company as well as the older people it supports.

Employee engagement

Staff fundraising is a great way to motivate and unite colleagues. By supporting your staff’s fundraising efforts, your company will build motivated and engaged teams and will help them to develop their personal and professional skills.

Payroll giving

Payroll giving is a fundraising method which thousands of companies offer to their staff - it allows your employees to donate as much or as little of their salary as they like to a charity of their choice. Your staff could also consider the 'Last Hour Appeal', where staff donate their last hour’s salary of the year to Age International.

Payroll giving is good for employers because donations are deducted before tax; it's easy to set up; and donations can be counted as part of your company's Charity of the Year targets.
