Mobile giving terms and conditions

You must be aged 16 or over to support Age International in this way and you must have the mobile phone bill payer's permission before signing up to this service.

For one-off donations through your mobile

• By texting the keyword displayed in the advert, you will be charged £3 plus one message at your standard network rate. Age International will receive 100% of your donation.
• If you have not opted out of receiving marketing communications by SMS, your monthly reminder messages will also contain news about our work, what your donations are helping us to achieve, and how you can support us in the future.

For regular (monthly) gifts through your mobile

• By texting the keyword displayed in the advert, and responding YES to the confirmation message, you will be charged £3 plus one message at your standard network rate. Age International will receive 100% of your donation.
• After your first message, you will be charged £3 per month. You will receive a free reminder text about this payment each month.
• If you have not opted out of receiving marketing communications by SMS, your monthly reminder messages will also contain news about our work, what your donations are helping us to achieve, and how you can support us in the future.

Opting out of marketing communications

You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time, by replying NOCOMMS AI to the number provided in your confirmation text, or calling 0800 032 0699.

If you signed up for regular (monthly) gifts through your mobile, you will still receive monthly payment reminders.
