Writing or updating your Will is an important decision, which is why we are working with a specialist partner, the National Free Wills Network to provide a simple and free service.

The National Free Wills Network have a network of over 800 firms and solicitors across the UK. They will be able to put you in touch with trusted solicitors in your local area who can help you write or amend a simple Will or Mirror Will, at no cost.

All you need to do is refer yourself to the National Free Will Network by signing up today. They will then send you a free Will-writing pack with everything you need including details of participating firms in your local area.

How to write or update your Will for free with Octopus Legacy?

• If you live In England or Wales, the entire process can be done by visiting the Octopus Legacy website.

You will be able to write or update your Will:
- Online
- Over the phone/video call
- In-person (at home or in-branch)

• If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, please call 020 4525 3605.

Just quote ‘Age International’ over the phone.

If you would like to write or amend your Will but not use our free Will-writing service you can contact the Law Society where you live, to find a qualified solicitor.
